Screening „Seminar (richtig, Memorys, falsch)“

A film by and with KERFE (this time with Feli, Lena, Leonie, Lina, Marie, Mariella, Micha, Semiha, Suzan)

The film´s script is developed from descriptions of the seminar as a performance — that is, as supposedly staged with unclearly distributed roles. Camera, roles, and positions are continuously passed around, constituting a practical experiment in which the (im)possibility of overcoming institutional structures is rehearsed. A film in search of a weaker form and the allusive students in the Services Working Group (read, Institutional Critique). Experiments fail and succeed — and most often they do both, especially when they belong to several people at once. A recurring red fade serves as a reminder: gap and warning.
