Contemporary Dance Workshop p2p

Together with contemporary dancer Francesc, we will turn our attention to the body. We connect with ourselves, the space, and the people around us. The goal is to deepen our body awareness and strengthen our kinesthetic perception.

Through improvisation and movement, we explore how we perceive space and our bodies and how we can express ourselves through dance. The focus is not on technique, but on experiencing, feeling, and shaping movement in the moment.
