Jochen Koubek (University of Bayreuth): Warum das Verbotene so anzieht. Eine medienwissenschaftliche Betrachtung

Jochen Koubek is Professor for Digital Media at the University of Bayreuth since 2009. 2003-2009 he was Assistant Professor in the working group »Informatics in Education and Society« at the Institute for Informatics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. His main areas of research are the dimensions of media society.

Franz Schultheis (University St. Gallen): Die zwei Gesichter der Kunst

Franz Schultheis is Professor of Sociology at University of St. Gallen since 2007. Before he was teaching and doing research at the Universities of Paris (Sorbonne), Montréal, Geneva, Neuchâtel and Konstanz (among others). Since 2000 he is a member of the Swiss National Research Council, since 2005 President of the Foundation Pierre Bourdieu. His main areas of research are Visual Sociology, Intercultural Comparison, Analysis of Social Structure and Poverty and Precarity.
