Natalia Vasco - Somatic Workshop p2p
Somatic Workshop
16. June 2025, 10 Uhr
This workshop offers a sensory and physical exploration of absence, allowing participants to experience emotions and memories through the body rather than through rationalization. Through guided meditation, movement repetition, and automatic writing, we create a space to perceive how absence imprints itself on the body, how it transforms over time, and how it reveals itself in action.
⁂
Structure
Introduction & warm-up: Brief presentation and body awareness exercises.
Guided meditation: Connecting with a personal absence through sensory exploration.
Movement creation: Developing a short movement phrase based on the meditation.
Repetition (100 times): Observing how movement transforms over time.
Automatic writing: Capturing sensations, emotions, and reflections through continuous writing.
Closing reflection: Optional space for sharing insights.
Through embodied exploration, participants engage with memory and absence beyond words, allowing movement and time to reveal their own transformations.
